Sales
Nick Sliner Director of Sales
Nick comes to Kieffer’s with almost a decade of commercial equipment sales, management, and kitchen design experience. He does his best to create an upbeat and focused environment, even for team members who don’t support the Philadelphia Eagles. Nick holds certifications in commercial food equipment, emergency management and firefighting; although most nights he spends cooking at home with his family.
Matt Bean
Matt is a trade account manager and a family man who loves his wife and adores his kids.
Pat Benecke
Pat has over 13 years of appliance sales experience. He enjoys traveling around the world and loves trying new foods, in fact, he got engaged in Greece! When he isn’t jet setting, you will find him hanging out with his fiancé, son, his dog and watching UFC.
Kristen Cossa
Kristen is very active in the design community of the Delaware Valley, including membership in the IFDA, ASID, Professional Women in Building and the HBA. Outside of work, Kristen, her husband John, along with sons Jack & Chris love to travel and cheer on their Philly sports teams. She loves to read, ride her Peloton and garden.
Lee Cram
Lee solves problems with creativity, handles negative situations with humor and settles conflict with Rock, Paper, Scissors. He enjoys watching his kids play sports, working on his cars and trying new local restaurants. He has been in the appliance industry for over 10 years and before that, he was an award winning kitchen designer.
Katie Marmero
Katie loves to travel, and has been to just about every corner of the planet. She is a music lover and huge Philadelphia Flyers fan.
Connie Pappas
Connie is a second degree black belt in Tang Soo Do. She also studied Hung Gar Kung Fu and Tai Chi. She went to the Art Institute of Philadelphia for Industrial Design and she loves making furniture and doing special effects in her free time. She is a big Sci Fi junkie and also enjoys working with local animal rescue groups fostering animals and raising bottle‑fed baby kittens.
Geoff Powell
Geoff is an original native of upstate Pennsylvania. His polite and helpful ways brighten our showroom, and he looks forward to helping you with your next appliance selection.
Conal Roney
Conal has been with the company for over 10 years. Little known fact: he is a saxophone teacher and a music fanatic.
Dustin Stehr
Dustin holds a CKD (Certified Kitchen Designer) certification, among many other achievements in the building industry. Brewing beer and riding his motorcycle are two of his many hobbies. Unfortunately he is a big fan of the San Francisco 49ers.
Matt Westerfer
Matt is an avid fisherman at Lake Nockamixon. A Kutztown grad, he is married with two boys and has two adorable goldendoodles. He is also a Philadelphia sports fan.
Agata Widuch
Agata is originally from Poland, but she’s 100 percent Pennsylvanian. She loves spending time with her family and is a total “foodie”.
Ryan Williamson
Ryan has been in sales for more than 12 years. He loves all Philadelphia sports teams and is an avid Manchester United fan. If he isn’t at the office, he is relaxing at the beach or at home spending time with his wife and kids.
Afton Philhower
With a background in restaurant hospitality and being a self-proclaimed foodie, Afton considers both form and function in her appliance recommendations. She can talk about food and cooking all day, so don't get her started! Outside of work, Afton spends time horseback riding and settling in with a good book.
Chris Platt
Chris has over 14 years of experience in appliance sales and enjoys helping customers find the right solutions for their homes. In his free time, he enjoys Philly sports with friends and family and likes to travel whenever possible, especially vacations that include time by an ocean.

John Kieffer President
3rd generation Kieffer and the current president, John follows in the footsteps of his father, uncle, and grandfather in the appliance business. John enjoys a good game of golf and a good brew.
Jace Kieffer Vice President
Currently the Vice President of Kieffer’s Appliances, Jace is the 4th generation of the Kieffer family and works in tandem with his father. He handles the company’s day-to-day operations, continuing the Kieffer family tradition. Ask him about his son, Cameron (5th generation), and another one on the way!
Marketing
Jenna Hand Marketing Coordinator
Jenna is our princess; Disney princess, to be exact. She’s a huge fan of all things Disney and even worked at Disney World. She loves spending time with her family and exploring new places.
Karen Nevells Sales Support
Karen has a green thumb. She is a passionate gardener and a pet lover. When not working, she loves doing projects around the house.
Brianne Cooper Sales Support
Brianne has a green thumb. She loves gardening and doing anything with plants. When she isn’t working, she enjoys going to the beach, spending time with her family and painting.
Operations
John Suhadolnik Director of Operations
John has been with Kieffer’s Appliances for over 25 years and is the pillar of the organization. He coached his children’s basketball teams for over two decades and currently gives John Kieffer a run for his money on the golf course.
Ethan Stein Operations Manager
Over 15 years with Kieffer’s Appliances and Ethan still makes everyone in the office laugh. He started as a driver, worked his way through the ranks, and is currently the Operations Manager.
Tim Johnson
Tim has over 20 years of scheduling and dispatch experience. When he isn’t making his co-workers laugh, you can find him on the golf course, in Ocean City, NJ with his family or watching the Phillies. He also loves to cook and is trying to master the fine art of pizza.
Susan McClung Purchasing Supervisor
Susan works in the operations department. She has 28 years of administrative experience and works hard to help Ethan. If you see her at work, she always has candy to share! When she has free time, she is with her grandson, whom she loves dearly.
Missy Getz Logistics Coordinator
Missy has over five years’ experience in retail. When you don’t hear her voice on your voicemail, she is spending time with her son.
Rosalyn Madison
Rosalyn has over 20 years of customer service experience along with 4 ½ years of logistics experience. When she is not working, she enjoys Salsa/Latin dancing along with playing sports. She also writes poetry and co-hosts a book review podcast geared towards self-improvement. She is also a diehard Philadelphia Eagles, and Sixers fan.
Melanie Marren
Melanie has been a valued member of the Operations Department for several years. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors, experimenting in the kitchen, and making memories with her family.
Roosevelt Smith
Roosevelt has over 20 years’ experience in retail. He loves solving problems and enjoys the challenge that it brings. In his spare time, you will find him either on the ice, watching the Flyers or rooting for the Steelers.
