This is a really nice fridge! The only issue we have had was when we had the freezer full to the brim during the holidays included the water line to freeze. But the service team and the service representative they sent out for this issue was top notch! The looks of the fridge is great and the storage capacity is unbeatable! All around it is almost perfect.

Overall, we love this refrigerator. It just has a few things that are bothersome. Pros: inner door water dispenser, black stainless color, separate cheese/meat drawer, easy-to-use controls, nice amount of fridge storage, decent amount of freezer storage, filter is easy to change, controls are easy to use. Cons: ice maker is quite slow, always frost in the freezer no matter what we do, cheese/meat drawer needs to be split in two so I don't have to open both doors, ice always drops out the back when getting ice, inner water dispenser drips a little every day.

The first unit we received was DOA. The compressor was bad. We had to get a replacement shipped. The unit is very quiet. Has a lunchmeat drawer, interior water dispenser and interior ice which is all we needed.

We have had a Samsung fridge in the past, and have really enjoyed it. This one is even bigger than our last, though I'm not sure how they managed it (since it seems the same size on the outside). The internal water dispenser feature is very convenient. It saves us a lot of space that an external water/ice dispenser would take, and the functionality is great. Finally, we love the black stainless steel.

The Samsung Three Door French Door Refrigerator is fantastic appliance, though it's got a few things I would change. For example, the digital temperature control is a great idea, in theory, however once I discovered all my arugula was frozen, I found it difficult to adjust the temperature. It would go down and up and. Celsius.. not an easily changable feature. The freezer drawers get stuck in strange positions. The water dispenser is inside the unit, which is not really the most convenient. The ice maker has no other access, other than reaching your hand into the bin, which isn't incredibly hygienic.
Other than that though, it's a beautiful fridge, so spacious and truly fingerprint resistant. The high efficiency LED lighting makes a huge difference between this model and a standard refrigerator.
In addition, I love being able to easily adjust the shelves. Samsung has made easy work of what would have previously been a pain. I can't really get over how much space it has. It's It's a blessing now that we are trying to eat at home more. I would absolutely recommend this refrigerator, it is quite nearly perfect!! I love it!!

The refrigerator has surpassed all of my expectations. I have so much space that I can actually have an organized refrigerator. The freezer is deep enough to store large meat purchases. The drawer inside the freezer is perfect for storing half gallom sized ice cream. The fingerprint resistant finish helps the appliance look clean even though little hands won't stop touching it. The high efficient LED lights illuminate the fridge. Nothing goes unnoticed which is helpful due to the large capacity of jt. I would recommend this refrigerator to everyone.

I love my new refrigerator. The depth has made a huge difference for us with our large family and it has made the amount of space for food amazing. Just making less trips to the store for milk has made my life so much easier. We love the inside water dispenser with our little kids too as they are no longer spraying water all over the floor and I can control the water and the fridge looks more stylish. Did I mention I love the storage in the freezer ? The freezer is so easy to access and large and easy to see. I could go on and on. By far the best fridge I have owned.

We were so excited when the refrigerator arrived. This replaced our 16 year old side by side. There is so much here to love. The sleek look. The fingerprint resistant doors are great if you have kids, no more Windexing the doors numerous times a day. The setup of the fridgerator gives you lots of options of how to store things. The large door compartments are great. I like that you can set the temperature to any degree you want rather than 1-5. It really keeps a steady temperature. Door alarm is a nice feature too. Ice maker makes plenty of ice and cold water inside the door. Not sure if I don't prefer the ice and water dispenser on the exterior of the door. I guess it takes getting used to. The freezer is huge and fits alot. Love the LED lighting. We are enjoying the large snack drawer. Overall we are very satisfied with the refrigerator.

We needed to replace our fridge because it was no longer getting cold and no longer making ice. I know, I know, you might think that it's just ice but my kids LOVE ice! I was also starting to get concerned because our old fridge had the water dispenser outside so my toddler has started to press it and all the water would spill. I love that this fridge has the water dispenser inside and I also love that the freezer is at the bottom and my kids can get to their ice whenever they want. There's also so much room in the fridge to be able to organize! The only thing we had to work on is the middle magnet on the door to keep the fridge sealed when you close both doors. The door needs to be set up high enough for the magnet to close automatically. They did provide the tools/materials to be able to adjust it so it all works out.
Other than its functions, I also love the sleek design of this fridge!

I love my Samsung refrigerator! Since it was delivered, me and my family can't stay away from it. We are new to the French door style and this fridge was a great first to have. It is extremely spacious, has plenty of shelving, and the water dispenser inside the fridge is a bonus. The fridge runs extremely quietly,so much so that I keep cleaning to see if it's actually on and running. The crisper drawers are spacious and keep mu fruits and veggies fresh and there is another roomy storage drawer where we keep meats and cheese that is very useful. The freezer drawer is very deep and roomy as well and the ice maker makes a ton of ice which is wonderful because we use a lot of ice.
The fridge design is very nice and the color matches well with my other appliances. It is very durable and the doors and handles are very sturdy for families that open and close them a lot. It is fingerprint resistant and smudges wipe off with ease.
Overall, I would recommend this Samsung refrigerator for anyone who wants a fridge with a sleek design, plenty of space for everything,, and a fridge that you'll never know is there. It has been an awesome addition to our kitchen appliance family!

The fridge has more space than I am use to. Which is not a bad thing at all. I love the third drawer. I wish the little flap on top of it was able to lift up. It would be convenient for grabbing small things without needing to open up both doors. I like to keep my milk on the bottom shelf which was an issue in this fridge. Had to move one shelf up which now is a very short shelf. Now that one is for eggs and other small items. The lighting in the fridge is nice and bright, it needs a cool sound affect like opening up a treasure chest in a game. That's the feeling I get whenever I open the doors. The light for the freezer is under the left door. The water dispenser on the inside door is fantastic. The filter is in between the bottom drawers which makes it nice and easy to get to. You don't need to move anything or clear out a part of the inside to get to it. Love that its in the fridge and not on the outside just based on the look of the sleek doors. The fingerprint resistance on the black stainless is great and keeps the fridge looking nice and clean. I couldn't ask for a better fridge.

I am so happy with this french door refrigerator. It has so much more space than our last refrigerator. The delivery was made in a safe and professional way. When you plug in the refrigerator the settings are already for you. We did have to adjust it a bit but it was super easy to do. Keeping the outside clean is easy. It has get fingerprint resistance. Just a quick wipe down nightly is all I have to do. The internal water dispenser is so nice and the water comes out ice cold which I absolutely love. The ice maker in the freezer is great and makes very little noise when it drops the ice. Overall this is a great and super roomy refrigerator. The space capacity is huge. The LED lighting in the refrigerator and freezer are great. I highly recommend this refrigerator.

I love this fridge besides the beautiful black stainless steel exterior that is sleek and smudge proof the interior is where the wow is! The water spout is perfectly nuzzled in the door frame and doesn't take away from the amount of space the fridge offers. The double doors provides ample space for my large family of 7s needs. The bottom freezer drawer r has 2 levels plus and ice tray and I love the pull out drawer for my ice cream needs. The ice cubes takes a few days to get the tray full with so many of us trying to use it but it has lacked since. I love my new fridge and all my space!

This fridge is awesome and just what we were looking for. From size to functionality, it suits our family perfectly. We are building out house and we needed a fridge for that house. All of our appliances will be Samsung so we bought this Samsung fridge and we couldnt be happier. This fridge is huge and holds a lot of groceries that our old fridge wishes it could have held. The bottom Pull out freezer is also huge and can hold a lot of frozen food. This is because its is deep. However, this can be a problem as well. Its hard to organize this freezer as you will have to stack on top of other groceries and will not be able to see everything that's inside. The high efficiency lighting makes it easy to see everything inside the refrigerator. One last thing that I really enjoy about this refridgerator is the fingerprint resistant finish. This is important to me because I have 4 kids all with dirty messy hands and you cant see any fingerprints on the refrigerator. One last thing. The shelves are very easy to wipe clean. Last night I put a bottle of Pepsi in the fridge and I had to lay it down. Well it ended up leaking all over and with a simple wipe of a rag it came right up with ease. All in all, we are happy with the fridge itself.

I am literally speechless. This refrigerator was a life saver. delivery start to finish and installation was superb. The fridge is massive compared to what I had before. Unboxing was a solid 10. It was easy to remove the padding. Installation was phenomenal. It didn't take long for it to be placed in the right position. It took about an hour for it to cool down to the temperature needed. There is so much space in the fridge. My previous fridge was very cramped and I wasn't able to buy all the groceries needed for my family. This fridge had room for all my stuff plus more. 10 it of 10 recommended to my friends and family. The color of the fridge is so sleek. Definitely fingerprint resistant. Tried and true by my family.

I have just received the Samsung fridge and so far I would say it is fabulous. There is so much space in the fridge, it is amazing! It keeps the temperature on everything perfect, there is no freezer frost on anything which I could not say the same for with my previous fridge. Mine is a black stainless steel, you can still see some of the fingerprints on the fridge but not near as noticeable as a regular stainless steel, the plus is this one is so easy to clean and it stays clean. I really enjoy having the water dispenser on the inside of the fridge since it allows me to put more stuff on the outside like my kids magnets and pictures. The fridge is a lot quieter than my previous fridge which I enjoy a lot. The ice maker works perfectly and the ice does not all stick together like in my previous fridge. I've only had the fridge for a few weeks but so far so good, and I would highly recommend!

I have finally received my new refrigerator!!! It's so beautiful, it looks like a giant spaceship. It doesn't really take up much more space than my previous refrigerator, but it holds a TON!! There is so much room!! I love the huge compartments in the doors that hold milk gallons. Or 300 condiments. Unbelievable! There's digital temperature control that I love, and an alarm that sounds if you leave the door open. These details really set this refrigerator apart. It has a convenient water dispenser and an ice maker, and it's so quiet, you'll forget all about the giant spaceship in your kitchen. The only thing I would change would be adding ootional child locks. My five year old is obsessed and won't stop messing with it. Other than that it's perfect!

I am so happy with this purchase. My Samsung 3 Door French Door Refrigerator in Black Stainless Steel looks so sleek in my kitchen and so easy to clean. It is very spacious inside with multiple door storage compartments that fit multiple range of products from Milk to Butter, dressings and even 2 liter bottles. One of favorite features is the Inside Water Dispenser because it doesn't collect any food grime and dust from cooking. Such good tasting filtered ice cold water! No more bottled water for us. Also, the meat, cheese drawer is very functional and spacious. It's across the bottom of the fridge section from door to door. No more having to stack items in a small drawer. If the refrigerator doors are left open alarm will sound to remind you to close them. The freezer is large and so easy to find items now. The ice maker makes 1/2 moon style ice up to 5 lbs and tastes great. Overall I highly recommend this refrigerator you won't be disappointed.

This refrigerator is amazing. We needed a replacement fridge and this fridge is perfect for our family of four's current needs. With the lockdown and everyone staying home more, we also needed more space and boy does this fridge deliver.
PROS
- It maintains temperature really well and has a very intuitive temperature control system
- It has tons of room. The ability to rearrange the shelves also allows us to customize it based on whatever food supplies we need to store.
- I love that the ice maker is in the bottom freezer. It provides more room in the fridge area. This also ensures that there is no ice build up that can prevent us from enjoying fresh ice cubes.
- I also love that the water filter is very accessible - the bottom section of the fridge area so around the middle section of the refrigerator. This is so much more convenient than our old fridge, which had it on the bottom corner.
- The water filler is also comfortably sized and can fit most glass sizes and regular pitcher heights. I also feel that it's more sanitary having it inside the fridge.
-the design is also very aesthetically pleasing. the black stainless steel is also very sleek and modern
Slight CONS
- the middle magnet doesn't pop up automatically upon closing. This might be related to the door level but I'd hope that upon initial setup this would've been a default setup
- some slight frost build up already in the bottom freezer which is set at 0 degrees. Again, might be related to setup
Overall - 5 out of 5 stars. The next test is the longevity of the product. Appreciate being part of this campaign!

our 20+ yr old frig broke. purchased this one since it was really the only one available that had the 2-3 things we were looking for (french doors, ice maker, water) - every other frig has been on back order. the frig is great, like i said its a huge upgrade over the one it replaced. it looks good and after two days performance seems very good. only compliant, which is reason for 4 starts vs 5 starts is the claim of "fingerprint resistant finish withstands everyday smudges". this is simply not true, fringerprints are just as noticeable as they were on my old stainless fridge.
