Kieffer’s Appliances has been family-owned for over 100 years, and we are always growing! We’re hiring highly-driven individuals for our sales force. The qualified candidate will sell a range of kitchen and laundry appliances for clients large and small including homeowners, builders, remodelers, and interior designers. They are a consultative sales person and are hyper-focused on developing long lasting relationships with their clients.

Job Description:

• Staffing sales floor, answering phones, learning and maintaining knowledge on multiple brands of appliances, and preparing sales quotes
• Coordinating with delivery and installation departments to ensure a smooth process from initial contact to post-delivery
• Travelling to vetted leads provided by management and backed by aggressive marketing efforts

Job Requirements/Skills:

• Recent Graduate to 2+ years of sales experience
• Available to work some nights and Saturdays
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Highly organized
• Personable demeanor, cool under pressure, quality customer service and follow-through with attention to detail.
• Computer proficiency including Word, Excel, Outlook.Prior experience with a CRM database is a plus, but not required
• HS degree required, BA degree preferred

Compensation:

• Base salary with commissions, manufacturer spiffs, plus quarterly and annual bonuses

• Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
